How the Process Works
Step One - Send me that message!
Email, social media, even text us and tell us who you are, a little about your brand, and fill us in on the type of work you are looking for.
Step Two - We connect!
I'll get back to you within a week and we will set up a time to meet, whether in person (locally) or via zoom. It's here where we will make our game plan, talk out the details of your needs, timeline, deadlines, and pay rates. I'll send you an estimate and my contract.
Step Three - Concepts and mood boards!
I'll take a week or two to flesh out some concepts and styles for your reviews. Here, I'm learning more about your unique style and what fits best for your brand.
Step Four - Revisions, revisions, revisions.
Once I feel I've got a good grasp on the concept, I'll send you a few ideas for you to look at. One round of revisions takes about a week and a half each. This is when I need all your feedback: the good, the bad, and the ugly. We will typically do 2-3 revisions until we've landed on the perfect fit.
Step Five - Finalize everything!
This is when I get final sign off from you and clean up the final designs/projects.
Step Six - Delivery!
If it's all digital, I'll send you a nicely organized Google folder with everything you need in .png, .jpeg, or .psd files. For print, I can send it to the printers, take one more professional look to the printed piece, and mail your product to you.

Head Graphic Designer & Owner of
Grapefruit Graphic Designs
Based in Longmont, CO, Jenny Balagna started Grapefruit Graphic Designs in February 2022 with the intention of doing the two things she loves the most: being creative and helping people. She takes the time to understand her clients and their needs/goals to help bring something to the table everyone is proud of. Collaboration and communication are important, as well as making the process fun!
When she's not graphic designing, Jenny is slinging coffee, writing her next novel, playing gigs across the front range in her partner's band, or at home watching the Office with her partner and their adorable, semi-affectionate cats: Simon and Mipso.
